Take I-495 East (Long
Island Expressway) to the last exit (Exit 73). The exit ramp puts you
eastbound on Route 58, which runs through the Riverhead business
district. Route 58 turns into Route 25 when it intersects with Route
105. Continue east on Route 25 through several small towns: Aquebogue,
Jamesport, Laurel, and Mattituck. In Mattituck, you will pass a
Waldbaum’s Shopping Center on your left. Proceed 2 more miles. The
entrance to Environmentals is just around the bend from Trimble’s of
Corchaug (a small garden center) and Wagon Wheel Lane, on the left side
of Route 25. (Approximate distance from Riverhead to Cutchogue: 15
miles.)
THE HAMPTONS
Route 27 West to Route
24 West to Route 105 North. Turn Right (East) on Route 25. After about 8
miles look for Environmentals Nursery on the left.
CROSS SOUND FERRY
Follow Route 48 West for
about 10 miles, until you reach Peconic. In Peconic, you’ll come to a
flashing yellow light at the intersection with Depot Lane. Go through
the light and take the next left onto Alvah’s Lane. Go to the end of
Alvah’s Lane and turn right onto Route 25. Proceed west for about 1/2
mile. The entrance to Environmentals is on the right side of Route 25,
just past Pellegrine Vineyards. (Approximate distance from Orient Point
to Cutchogue: 15 miles.)
